For my back pain I was given medication in office, so I didn’t need to visit a pharmacy. What’s great about these centers is that they’re convenient as to time of appointment, wait time in the office and check in place, are very clean and comfortable, offer hot tea and cold water, charge a reasonable amount, and quickly assess your condition and need. But last visit, my third to any Zoom+Care, I paid only $ 10. I had a deductible to meet first so was billed beyond my co-pay. The Zoom+Care system works like this: you are charged $ 99 on a credit card to hold your appointment when you book it, then that amount is applied to your visit cost, which varies depending on your insurance coverage and plan, and you can be charged a $ 0-$ 150 co-pay, depending on what you’d be charged at your own doctor– though it’s an urgent care– it can bill and operate as a regular doctor office. I’ve been impressed with their professionalism and quick care, as both times I had an appointment squeezed in before work. I have been to the Lake Oswego Zoom+Care clinic for 2 different ailments and have seen two receptionists and one doctor.
